Best Players at Each Individual Skill in the 2017 NBA Draft

The buzz around the 2017 draft class has been at a fever pitch for months now. With franchise changing talent at the top, a deep group of point guards and a mix of underclassmen and college basketball elder statesmen, this draft class has the potential to be one of the best in recent memory. While everyone seems to be familiar with the top of the draft class, it seems easy to forget the depth this draft possesses, especially when looking at the best players at each individual skill. We are going to take a look at the top 5 prospects in the draft by each skill; Shooting, rebounding, passing, defense and playmaking/ball-handling. Additionally, this article will look at the most versatile players in the draft, something that has become increasingly valuable in a league with Draymond Green, and 7 foot unicorns such as Kristaps Porzingis, Karl Anthony Towns and Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Disclaimer: I refrained from using the same player twice, to give as many guys as possible some shine. Otherwise guys like Markelle Fultz, Dennis Smith and Jonathan Isaac would have dominated these lists.
