“I had 2 kids [Julius Wells (Marist) and Sheldon Mack (Butler)] benefit tremendously by going to ELITE.  They wouldn’t have gotten scholarship offers if they didn’t go!!!”

– Timmy Taylor, OH

“My son would never had the 14 scholarship offers that he has now if it wasn’t for him attending Hoop Group Elite camp”

– Mr. Bald, MD

“My son attended back-to-back sessions of ELITE, Academic Elite followed by Session 3. As a result of this, he has received lots of interest from many of the attending coaches and schools. We are also planning several trips to visit schools in the North-east. None of this would have occurred (my son plays High School in Florida) if we hadn’t attended your camp–Thank you!”

-Robert Seelman, FL

“We could not be happier with the exposure our son got at the Hoop Group Elite Skills Academy and Hoop Group Academic Elite Camp. Immediately after the camps he had direct contact from some 30 academic oriented colleges that were great for him. Not only were the camps instructional, they were the perfect venue for him to play in a team environment in front of many college coaches. We were especially happy with the Academic Elite camp and the opportunity for him to play with other young men who planned to compete not just on the court, but in the classroom.”

-John & Anne Dowers, NJ

Former University of Maryland star Tamir Goodman had this to say about Eastern Invitational in an article on Cleveland Jewish News.com – December 12, 2007

“That summer Goodman attended the Hoop Group Elite Camp, which featured 500 of the best players, 300 of the best coaches, and a bevy of collegiate scouts. The 6-foot-3-inch, 175-pound guard put on a show for everyone in the gym, and his spectacular performance led to an invitation for the camp’s all-star game. For the first time in his life, Goodman was forced to turn down a basketball opportunity because of his religious beliefs – the game was to be held on a Saturday. Fortunately, several highly regarded scouts, including one from the University of Maryland, witnessed Goodman’s earlier performance and were ready to offer him a scholarship on the spot.”
