Team analysis: While this program was only founded 5 years ago, the DC Blue Devils have made a huge mark in the AAU circuit in a short period of time. This team is known for making a lot of noise in numerous tournaments and in the HGSL.

Coach TJ Thompson was a former college player at George Washington University and played professionally for over 10 years. Thompson is well respected and has an impressive track record of developing players both academically and athletically, while helping them reach their college goals! One of his most recent players who is performing at a high level for Rutgers is Geo Baker.

This year’s team is loaded with talent. Floor general Bol Akot boasts offers from St. Bonaventure and Rutgers. 6’7 wing Gob Gabriel also will enter the summer with offers from St. Bonnies and Rutgers. Guard Terrell Brown is a kid that’s on the radar of numerous college coaches. Brown has seen interest from Boston University,Holy Cross, FDU. 6”7 Forward Matt Corey has an offer from NJIT and interest from Boston University, UNH and more. 6”5 wing Max Bonney-Liles also has received interest from UNH.

Stat to know: Rutgers standout Geo Baker is an alum to this prestigious AAU program. He averaged 10.85 points a game as a freshman in the Big Ten.
