NBS DAY ONE VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS AND THOUGHTS

S3001_03The first day of NBS was just what we expected, PLAYERS FROM 5 STATES…doing the unexpected. Every year a player walks into the NBS camp with ZERO reputation and blows up…this year the name Alyssa Schriver of Millersville, PA is that kid. She was the story of  day one… in a big way! Blessed with unreal speed and quickness, the sophomore point guard is that rare talent who not only has killer speed, but the shooting ability to go along with it…..college coaches here is some mega big advice… you be wise to jump all over this young lady…NOW!

Desi Allen of Neptune battling Future Holy Cross guard Nicole Morris

Day one we ALSO saw Desi Allen of Neptune High School again prove she just  may be the best Sophomore wing in the state of New Jersey. Her length and quickness is flat out insane. There is no question she at worst a high mid major player. I have never in my years seen a kid with a package like this…quickness, explosiveness. toughness and off the charts scoring and passing skills

Harley Kneler of Freehold is another player today that is shockingly under the radar. The former all freshman team member can defend elite guards and can knock down jumpers. I will say it again she is a top 5 point guard in the shore. I will post video of her on Wednesday and understand this… KNELER just may be a MAJOR STEAL BEFORE WE ARE ALL SAID AND DONE!

While Nicole Morris has already committed to Holy Cross, her sister continues to show she gets better each day. I will say this about Lindsey Morris, she HAS improved in almost every area of performance. Its clear to me this is a kid who has been labeled and before next year could be a kid in high demand…she reminds me of Nicole Issac’s, a player who blew up as senior….she could come out of shadows…more on her latter in the week …But for now let me say this, the kid is already a college level defender and now her offense is catching up…check out the video

unnamed Lindsey Morris is rapidly improving and coaches…PAY ATTENTION

unnamedFreshman Natalie Smith of Montgomery is without a doubt one of the most talented young players I know. Coaches not only is she a knock it out shooter, but she is an advanced ball handler, who uses these skills to get into the paint. I can tell you she is a LOCK FUTURE D1 GUARD. She would be a top 5 freshman entering the shore conference… video on her later in the week..

unnamedWhen you talk about SUPERSTAR babies let me say this about KAYLA RICHARDSON, she  could make a case as the best 7th grader in the state of New Jersey. She is a gifted 6 ft swing player with all the skills to be a shooting guard. Coaches this is a rare and special talent, BCS schools you’d be wise to learn more about her now, before the recruiting war begins.

unnamedCamerin Foltz of Colts Neck flat out will be a star one day. Coaches learn the name because this kid can already play with older D1 players and she proved it today on day 1. I will tell you she will be one of the Top 5 incoming freshman in the shore in two years…she is a rare talent and I will have video on her tomorrow so you can get a peek into the future..

DAY ONE HIGHLIGHTS...
