Previewing the Pac-12

Colorado Buffaloes

The Buffs underachieved last season with a senior heavy roster, failing to get a bid to the big dance. This year they will feel the harsh effects of that, as they will rely on newcomers to succeed. D’Shawn Schwartz is one of the many new faces that can provide physicality for Coach Tad Boyle.

George King and Dominique Collier were steady contributers last year and will return. Missouri transfer Namon Wright will likely step into a starting role as well. While those three will play a big hand in any success Colorado has, they will have nine players who are either sophomores or freshman. The Buffs will need a lot of players to grow up fast to stay afloat in the Pac 12.
