8:00AM- Campers used day two to get used to their new squads. Today, everyone should be a little more comfortable with their surroundings and play to the team’s ability. Let’s see who wants to continue to #BeElite. –@AndrewKoob

8:58AM- Stations are in full swing, plenty of energy early on from the Academic Elite campers and the coaches here are loving it. Definitely no midway lull for the campers as the third set of games is fast approaching. –@AndrewKoob

9:28AM- Don’t forget to follow all the action from Day Three here on the Live Blog but also Twitter and Facebook. Photos and information will be uploaded throughout the day.
Also, be sure to follow the Hoop Group Digital Media Team listed below on Twitter. –@pfebbraro

10:28AM- The first set of games has started here on Day Three. In action at the Bollman Center Deontrey James (Legacy HS, Fla./6-3/2014) is playing well early showcasing his ability to drive the lane and finish strong. – @pfebbraro

11:17AM- First games have just finished up and one player that stood out: 2017 guard Aeneas Green. Plenty of time to grow, plus he’s got a knack for knowing when to push the tempo and makes the hustle plays that will certainly grab the attention of a few coaches. –@AndrewKoob

11:36AM– Nice matchup between Team 2 and 7 going on over at Court B3. Marko Kozul (Archbishop Molloy, N.Y., 2013), Michael Nowatzky ( Indian Hills HS, N.J., 2014), Zack Yonda (Conestoga HS Pa. 2014) and Joe Flanagan (Roy C. Ketcham HS  N.Y.,2014) makes this Team 2 extremely balanced  with versatile scorers. Would like to see Nowatzky take more shots though. He’s been a little too unselfish at times. – @CabWashington

12:11PM- Everyone is breaking for lunch, a lecture from Coach Danny Nee of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy will follow at 1 p.m. before the afternoon game sets start at 2:30 p.m.
Through the first half of the day it appears Deontrey James (Legacy HS, Fla./6-3/2014) is at that top of this group. –@pfebbraro

2:25PM- Coach Danny Nee just finished addressing the campers and we’re about to get underway with another slate of games. Let’s see if the players put to use what the legendary ball coach taught them. –@AndrewKoob

2:50PM- Guard Skyler Kolli looks like the best player on the court at the moment. He’s hit four straight (two of them three-pointers), tracking down a long pass for an easy layup for his last bucket. Undersized, but blazing past defenders on fast breaks. –@AndrewKoob

4:13PM– Lightning quick guard Robbie Frosh sustained a minor ankle injury after landing awkwardly on a player’s foot. His return to evening activities is likely. Meanwhile freshman Ethan Norton has been putting on a nice performance throughout this afternoon. Just knocked down a contested 3-point basket to end the first half. –@CabWashington

6:16PM- In 45 minutes players will head to the outdoor courts for the first time this week. Stay tuned in here and on all social media platforms for the latest information from camp. –@pfebbraro

7:05PM- Games on the outdoor courts are underway on this beautiful evening. Four games going on, check out some of the pictures from the action and from the entire camp on the facebook page. –@AndrewKoob

9:30PM- Outdoor games are over and the day should be over, right? But at least three campers are putting up extra shots in the gym to improve their game even further. You have to love the heart and desire of these players. –@AndrewKoob
