HERE IS A LITTLE ADVICE TO ALL

1. SENIORS you set the tone for the season. It’s important you are positive and embrace the freshman. This sends a clear message to the team that yes, you are indeed a team. Seniors remember the team will follow your lead. SELFISH seniors lead to s SELFISH team.

2. RETURNING PLAYERS– Don’t take anything for granted. Come prepared the first day of practice. Remember each season is different and first impressions are everything. Show your teammates and coaches you are not the same player. Don’t assume ANYTHING IS THE SAME…because it’s not. Be ready for any role new or old the coach may have for you.

3. FRESHMAN– Be humble and most importantly RESPECTFUL  to the players who have been in the program before you. Get water, pick up balls and get in the back of the line for drills. This will show a humble player joining the program, who wants to be part of a TEAM. The less you say and the more you do will say A LOT ABOUT YOUR INTENTIONS.
