It wouldn’t be a Hoop Group tournament without the Jersey Shore Warriors making a deep run. They’re pulling away from the NJ Roadrunners and have their sights set on the Elite Eight!

7:42 pm
One of the more exciting games of the evening came when Jersey City Boys & Girls took River City Reign into overtime. Jermain Matthews came up big with an offense rebound, put back, and then a defensive rebound to seal the game. 2016 Matthews is a great looking prospect. –@JN_Albano

6:57 pm
Castle Athletics 16u team put together a great team effort and took down Team Final Black. They will move on!

A poor man’s Steph Curry isn’t too bad these days! Geo Baker (Pinkerton Academy ’17) playing well for DC Blue Devils (NH).

A great game to watch for any team looking for a guard was the NJ Roadrunners and Positive Image. Jonathan Lawton (pictured) is one of the top unsigned seniors in the building, and Roadrunner’s guard Brandon Anderson (Don Bosco Prep ’16) is a playmaker as well.
