Registration Confirmation
When you have successful registered for camp you will automatically receive a payment receipt to the email address associated with your account. The email confirms the camper’s registration for camp. Another email will be sent the one week before camp with all logistical information needed. If you have questions please feel free to email office@hoopgroup.com or call the office (732)502-2255.
Team Assignments
Our goal is to make teams as balanced as possible. Teams are broken up by age and ability and are adjusted by coaches during our evaluation period. We do not honor team assignment request.
Trainers
Qualified medical trainers are on sight at every hour of camp and at every location. Our trainers are available at check in to answer any questions you may have.
Discipline
All campers are expected to follow rules for behavior given by camp director and staff for duration of time at camp. Any camper failing to act according will be dismissed from camp.

Elite and Academic Elite
Camp takes place at Albright College located at 1621 N 13th St, Reading, PA 19604. The closet airport to campus is Philadelphia International Airport. Campers are responsible to set up travel to and from camp
Cancellation Policy
With Cancellation Insurance
- In order to receive full refund of money the customer must notify the Hoop Group of cancelation 7 days prior to event
- Failure to notify the Hoop Group of cancellation 7 days prior to event will result in a credit which will be applied to the customer’s account and be redeemable for any event within 13 months of purchase
Without Cancellation Insurance
- A credit will be applied to customers account if they notify the Hoop Group of cancellation 7 days prior to event
- No credit/refund will be applied to customer without notifying the Hoop Group of cancellation 7 days prior to event.
