Entering the Spring Season, Hoop Group looks to implement a new format for its overtime rule resembling the Elam Ending. Originating in The Tournament, several organizations have adopted the Elam Ending, most notably the NBA All-Star game. As a member of the TBT board, Hoop Group President Rob Kennedy brings the excitement created around TBT to grassroots basketball.
As the Basketball Director for TBT, we've seen first hand how the Elam Ending has revolutionized basketball. The interest surrounding this year's All-Star game and LeBron's walk off winner just further validates the excitement created by the Elam Ending. - Rob Kennedy, Hoop Group President
