Q: Why did you decide on Rutgers?
A: "Rutgers recruited me hard. It was the atmosphere and the entire coaching staff energy that I liked."
Q: Why was now the right time for you to commit?
A: "These coaches have put a lot of energy into recruiting me. Not just Rutgers, but Arizona, USC, LSU, Alabama and others. My family and I got the chance to get a feel for a lot of schools."
Q: Steve Pikiell is really turning things around there. What excites you about playing for him down the line?
A: "He clearly knows what kind of player that I am. A play making big guard that can shoot, defend and make others better. His approach on my official was really sincere and his full staff had the exact same energy."
Q: What can Rutgers fans expect from you when you suit up for them?
A: "The fans can expect me to be a great student and ball player night in and out. I have nice handles so every once in a while I will put on a show for them."
